Landlink - Opteon is a strategic valuation and property advisory firm, which is regarded as a leader within the property industry. Our aim is to provide independent and well researched property advice in an efficient manner best suited to our clients requirements. Currently, our firm has a network of 10 offices throughout regional Victoria and Melbourne’s Western and Northern suburbs and now employ’s approximately 88 staff. Our ability to provide comprehensive advice for a variety of purposes is illustrated by our existing client database, which includes most major and minor lending and financial institutions; government at federal, state and local levels; accounting and legal practices; property trusts, and development companies.
To continue to be at the forefront of our industry and to ensure that we are able to provide our clients with the best service, we have made a conscious effort to expand our practice by merging/acquiring similar professional and well regarded property advisory firms, and have also employed a number of highly regarded and experienced property personnel with varying skill sets. This has enabled our firm to draw on the specialised skills and abilities of these people, which we are able to combine with up to the minute detailed local knowledge through our network of offices. Valuation advice remains our core business, but the company has expanded to now provide a Property Investment & Advisory division. Each Landlink - Opteon office is well equipped with state of the art technology, which allows us to provide a range of services from high volume residential work, through to specialised complex valuation matters. To ensure our clients receive the best advice within what is a constantly changing market, our valuers are able to specialise within specific segments of the market. |
